Space14 is a new experiential space of modern fulfilment, combining elements of work and leisure in a Grade 1 Listed Georgian Townhouse in Central London.
The venue comprises of several blank canvas event spaces available for external hire. Our main event space "The Den" has a 250 person standing capacity and 100 person theatre capacity.
The Den is a creative venue hire and unique space for away days, ideas meetings, parties or corporate events.
Ideal for photo shoots, panel discussions and networking, or for birthdays, parties, supper clubs, conferences and film screenings, this space can be offered as a shell, or styled up to your desire. The venue comes complete with a bar and in-house sound system, patio areas and catering offerings.
