We offer exclusive boardrooms and luxury conference and event suites, catering from 2 to 200 people. After undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment, the building has been transformed offering a magnificent setting for your every business, leisure & personal need.

The Queen Margaret Suite is a break-out room located on the fifth floor and can seat up to 12 guests boardroom style.

The room is often used to host small meetings. breakout sessions or mini conferences. Each room is equipped with a plasma presentation screen which can be easily linked to video conferencing and audio visual facilities.

The room offers a wealth of flexibility and can be set up in a range of layouts to suit any requirements. This suite is often used as a syndicate room and is hired in conjunction with the Edinburgh Suite for larger conferences requiring space for meetings out-with the plenary room.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Amendments by The Client The Client must notify 200 SVS Ltd in writing immediately of any amendment to guest numbers or venues, facilities, equipment and services set out in the Booking Confirmation. The Client indemnifies and will continue to indemnity 200 SVS Ltd against any loss or damage as a result of any amendment to the Booking by The Client. 200 SVS Ltd may cancel or amend a Booking up to 14 days prior to the Event. In the event of such cancellation or amendment of the Booking, 200 SVS Ltd will refund any payments made by The Client in relation to the Event and will have no further liability to The Client in respect of such cancellation or amendment. If there is a Force Majeure Event, The Client is unable to pay the Agreed Rate in full, or 200 SVS Ltd has reason to believe that The Client has not paid an invoice previously issued to it by 200 SVS Ltd by the due date, 200 SVS Ltd may cancel or amend a Booking at any time prior to the date of the Event and will have no liability to The Client whatsoever to The Client in respect of such cancellation or amendment. 200 SVS Ltd will have no liability to The Client for any failure to provide any of the venues, facilities, equipment or services set out in the Booking Confirmation which arises as a result of a Force Majeure Event. If The Client cancels a Booking at any time prior to the date of the Event, 200 SVS Ltd reserves the right to charge The Client a cancellation fee, as set out below: Notice Period Cancellation Fee 6 months plus Nil 3-6 months 25% of the Agreed Rate 31-90 days 50% of the Agreed Rate 14-30 days 75% of the Agreed Rate 0-14 days 100% of the Agreed Rate The Client must notify 200 SVS Ltd in writing immediately of any cancellation or amendments which it wishes to make to the Booking. 200 SVS Ltd will invoice any cancellation fee incurred by The Client on receipt of notice of the cancellation and The Client will pay the cancellation fee within 30 days of the date of invoice.

    I was here for a conference and didn't use the spa or eat in the restaurant. The conference facilities worked really well. Good quality projection and audio facilities and support. There is Wi-Fi provided but that could be more secure. The catering was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

    I had a lovely, very relaxing place. Staff were warm and friendly and not at all intrusive. We were there for a hen do and got a package that included two treatments, afternoon tea and a glass of prosecco. The highlight of the day for me was the full body massage I got instead of two shorter treatments. Jenny did an excellent job. She made me feel comfortable, asked me at the start how much pressure I wanted, and expertly massaged away all the tension in my back and legs. It was a proper professional massage and she was brilliant.

    Was disappointed that this place is advertised as a Spa. They have no sauna or steam room or swimming pool. I had a salt scrub treatment which was very good and done by a lovely therapist. Afternoon tea was very good and they have gluten free options.
