The afternoon tea was lovely. The sandwiches were very well presented & a nice selection. A good amount of cakes & nice big pots of tea & we had 2 pots each,by the time we had finished our food. The staff were very welcoming & pleasant. The room where we had our food was in an old farmhouse ,with the beams & original doors ect. Well worth a visit & it is not far from Kingsbury water park for a stroll after a good full stomach.

Large rooms, clean, quiet, comfy beds, good breakfast, catered for gluten-free. The staff were nice and helpful. Minor issues, soy milk at breakfast had gone off, pee in the toilet on checking into room, damp smell in the corridor.

Went here for afternoon tea (groupon deal) 28th March. Friendly welcome from the receptionist who doubled up as the waitress. Hotel very dated, with a fusty smell hitting as soon as you entered. It was a cold and wet day and the restaurant area was so cold that we had to fetch a blanket from the car to wrap round my elderly mother. Cleanliness wasn't the best. Whole place looked liked it's just been left to run down, could do with a complete refurbishment. It has so much potential. 2 sets of toilets , one up a very steep flight of stairs and one on ground level which we wasn't aware of until leaving, having struggled to get up the other. The afternoon tea itself was ok , freshly made sandwiches, selection of cakes and a scone with clotted cream and jam, although these were shop bought. The tea and coffee was plentiful but only if you could catch the waitress to ask for more. For what I paid was ok, if had paid full price would have been very disappointed. Other guests there had booked the option with a glass of Prosecco to be told they had run out !!

Took my mom for afternoon tea. Firstly, only offered one drink the whole time we were there. Sandwiches were not fresh and not much variety. The cakes were very dry and shop brought no variety there either. The scones were also dry the cream and jam was nice though. I wouldn't recommend the hotel at all it is very dated and has a musty smell about it. The staff were lovely and pleasant .

It was an unforgettable and unimaginable experience. When I checked into my room, I discovered the heater didn’t work. After I complained, I was given another room. The following day, I was informed that the initial room was unsafe until the heater was fixed. Since I had originally booked a room with three single beds for three people, I was given an additional room. However, the next day while we were at a wedding, my belongings were moved to a different room with only two single beds. The manager, Nicola Heard, added a third bed that didn’t fit properly, as the headboard didn’t accommodate all three beds. My medication and some clothing went missing during the move, causing me to miss my medication for two days. The manager was very rude and unsympathetic about the situation.
