MTC Events offers a modern venue with lecture halls, exhibition areas, and meeting rooms. The venue is designed to impress clients and guests with its beautiful architecture. Our event spaces blend the MTC's renowned manufacturing expertise with top-notch meeting facilities. We can accommodate events ranging from small gatherings of 4 people to larger ones with up to 400 attendees.
Our flexible meeting space offers state-of-the-art AV equipment, in a configurable, multifunctional, bright and airy space, with a wide range of catering and accommodation

3. Cancellation, Transfer & Substitution If the Client needs to cancel the booking before the Date, then it must serve notice to AMTC in accordance with the following and pay the applicable Cancellation Fee: 121 days’ plus notice given: Client will be charged 10% of the Fee; 91 to 120 days’ notice given: Client will be charged 20% of the Fee; 61 to 90 days’ notice given: Client will be charged 50% of the Fee; 31 to 60 days’ notice given: Client will be charged 75% of the Fee; 15 to 30 days’ notice given: Client will be charged 90% of the Fee; within 14 days of the Date: Client will be charged 100% of the Fee. A substitute Delegate may attend the event without incurring any additional costs, provided that AMTC receives written notice to that effect at least 3 (three) working days prior to the Date.
