Registered and paid for car parking on checking in, later received a penalty and fine for not paying for parking so much later was back in New Zealand. Not happy that staff member obviously didn't check the parking payment. Will not use this hotel again. Make sure you check your parking payment.

I stayed here for three nights mid-week. The staff were very polite and always happy to help. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, without having to ask.

Attend Cedar court for a works function.Booking quick and simple. Room was very clean and tidy with a lovely view. Food was very nice compared to some places where its dry and no taste. ALL the staff where very friendly. The only down side for me and this shouldn't stop you from staying is the bar is card only. And you can easy spend more than you want.would I attended and stay again definitely.

Had a lovely night away here. All staff were excellent - reception bar and breakfast. The room was lovely and comfortable. Great location as well, would recommend!

A more than adequate hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of central Harrogate. Helpful friendly staff. Rooms are well equipped, clean and good size. Breakfast was reasonable.
