Call me a tourist, but for our first time in London, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were nice. Although the view wasn’t the best, it was spacious with plenty of space for storage. The staff and service was A+ My favorite part was the spa in the basement. What a better way to spend a rainy day in London than in a sauna and stem room. Again, the staff here was top notch. Walkability was also great. For our first time, it felt like we could walk out of here and go in any direction for something to do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Love this hotel.. my only (tiny) complaint is very little storage in the king room for your belongings / clothes, esp for more than 1 person. We did ask for extra hangers so that helped! Very cool restaurant / bars - especially the Japanese rooftop spot. Great location, many pubs and restaurants around.

What a great luxury boutique hotel. when I asked, what does it mean to be a boutique hotel, the response I got was to customize the experience for every guest, wow what a great response. Everything in this hotel is new, very well appointed. a lot of times when I stay in boutique hotels, they are quiet, this hotel has such a great vibe to it, you feel the energy. Everyone I met there was fantastic, but I want to highlight Tomas. Do you want above and beyond. If you're going to London, and you want a great experience and a totally amazing hotel this is the one.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. Customer service was top notch. My room was kind of small, but very clean and nice. The bathroom was nice and clean as well, with a separate toilet area ( with a bidet). Checking in and out was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was very nice but only 2 seats by the fireplace that was reserved all time was annoying. Massive hotel and only 2 seats by the fireplace. I don’t get it. Pool was lovely and not over crowded. Loved the nice umbrellas in each room. And the door man is a nice touch. A lot of staff in training but customer service is good. Repairs and issues in my room were resolved quickly. The light still shown in the mornings with the curtains drawn. Beds were comfortable and well appointed. I had the handicap room which was more spacious than the regular deluxe king room.
