July 2024AVOID THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS. They will not pay you your deposit back when you leave. I have been told for months it will be paid back to me and it never was. I have now had to start court proceeding to get it back. I was a great tenant and even left earlier because they had a new tenant who wanted to move in straight away. I have everything in writing in emails from Keith the manager of the building telling me it will be paid back to me still waiting after several months. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off for your deposit.
