November 2022Terrible experience at Café Rouge in Windsor. Staff was rude, fries were cold and soggy, the heating was off and it was freezing, bathrooms were suuper dirty and no baby changing facilities even if there is loads of space to install it in the bathrooms. They do have high chairs for babies.
