Cancellation policy
If event is cancelled 48 hours prior the customer will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours prior pre payment will not be refunded. If the booking is for a group of 15 guests or more, venue needs to be aware 10 days prior to event that this needs to be cancelled for full refund.

March 2024Great venue, it’s just a shame I can’t say the same about the staff. We came in a group booking for a birthday, took some photos in the booth and sat down to have a drink before we were approached and told to leave as a member of our group wasn’t adhering to the dress-code. Fair enough, but once we asked why this wasn’t told to us on the door when the manager and bouncer were stood outside, she said “my shift didn’t start so it doesn’t count”. Very unprofessional for somebody to be representing the company like this, not to mention staff at the bar were dressed very casually too. We understand there are policies in place. However, we were spoken to in a very rude manner and feel the situation was not handled professionally at all.
