    I'm really not sure why all the negative reviews for this hotel. Staff very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Hotel clean and very comfortable. Breakfast, lovely. We paid triple the price in Bath and hotel not a quarter as nice. We will definitely return. We feel very relaxed. Thank you xx we stayed in room 208 and found it perfect for us.

    Hotel its self is lovely, staff helpful and friendly. room very nice. But the noise from outside kept us awake most of the night and window was not open. the shower door didn't have a rubber on the end of the glass that makes it stay on the bath when you push it in place so bathroom floor got soaked. No floor mat 1 hand towel 2 small bath towels had to use the hand towel to be safe getting out of shower. Bed and pillows so uncomfortable there was a mattress topper on top of the mattress that was smaller than the bed for price you would expect better quality pillows not flat ones and a bed with no topper

    Good entrance layout and looks lovely. The rooms, however, are not great, but good enough to get your head down after a night out. We booked in. However, we weren't booked in by the desk, we had an early morning visitor guest walk into our room... The girls on the desk were great, but that was the check-in girls mistake the day before as they checked in the guy from New York super early as we was down as a no-show the day before... Service, however, was superb and all cleared up quickly. Overall for the price, we would stay again when seeing another concert or show at the Utilita arean just across the road.

    Room fine, but fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff did not care. When checking out, staff simply asked how I slept and seemed surprised when I mentioned the alarm. Didn't even bother apologising or explaining why it went off. Most other places I've stayed at offer automatic discounts/partial refunds.
