Bassoon, Christmas At Bassoon

Designed by the David Collins Studio, Bassoon is a modern, stylish bar within Corinthia Hotel London. Most evenings it plays host to both popular and up-andcoming live acts, with previous performers including Lana Del Rey and the Scissor Sisters. the music theme continues with jazz-inspired art from William H Johnson on the walls and a Roland piano located next to the 7m bar. With its art-deco design, the 1920s-inspired space makes for a luxurious and cosy drinking den for up to 30 guests at a standing reception. Cocktails, spirits and champagne are served in replicas of Queen Victoria’s own glassware, and the bar has a late licence.
