February 2024Really excellent service from this hotel. I out a note on the booking asking for a shower rather than one over the bath. I had a call on the day checking that what they had for us suited. They moved us to an accessible room. So lovely.

April 2024We stayed as a family in two rooms which were both on ground level. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds. I can honestly say you are not going to get another hotel in such a fantastic location. Lots of lovely shops locally 3 to 5 min drive.The staff were welcoming and very helpful, until we checked out at around Lunchtime. Overall if you are looking for a great hotel that is clean, quiet, in a fab location and very reasonably priced so you can spend great time in Cheltenham. They do have swimming pool, gym and sauna. I would say this is the place. We will definitely consider for our next trip to Cheltenham

April 2024Really good quality hotel. Stayed with my wife and two children. Rooms were excellent. Staff were very helpful. Pool was good. Excellent value for money. Didn't eat there but the bar was good. Stayed at Easter weekend and it was very quiet.

March 2024We had a lovely stay! The room was nice and clean, and the leisure facilities were great. I'm coeliac and staff did they're best to cater for me at dinner, but I do think there should be a few more options, as they were very limited. At breakfast, I appreciated the toaster specific for Gluten Free bread. Even though I think the options at breakfast are very decent, there's a few risks of cross contamination that, although impossible to eliminate 100%, could easily be avoided
