Cancellation policy

The Customer agrees to pay a deposit equal to total room hire and minimum spend which includes VAT at 20%. Should the minimum spend not be reached the balance will be charged as room hire. The first deposit instalment will be 50% of the total cost, with the remaining 50% due no later than 14 working days prior to the event. The total amount deposit will also include the service charge. Payments to be made by Credit/Debit or via BACS. Please note all outstanding balances or extra spend must be paid on the day of the event. All prices include VAT. A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill. Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. *** Cancellation Terms & Pricing *** In order to secure the booking the deposit needs to be paid upon signature of the Contract and it will be deducted from the bill on the night; if the deposit is not paid the booking will be automatically cancelled. The Client may cancel the Event at any time provided written notice is given to Farzi contact subject to payment of the following charges: If cancellation takes place: • More than 3 calendar months before the Event: 10% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet); • Between 3 calendar months to 30 working days before the Event: 50% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet); and • Less than 30 working days before the Event: 100% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet). In addition, 100% of any costs that cannot be recovered by Farzi for example but not limited to staff costs, reservation fees, cancellation fees with third parties, products that cannot be reused and food and beverage purchased for the event. For a cancellation notice to be effective it must be received and accepted by Farzi contact and/or a manager of Farzi. Credit for any deposits and Staged Payments previously made by the Client will be given against the cancellation charges above. In relation to covid-19, if the UK Government imposes restrictions on events that would result in the event being unable to take place at the venue then the Client shall be entitled to postpone the Event or receive a full refund of the deposit paid. In the circumstance that the event can go ahead, the parties understand that postponement or cancellation is not an option and therefore should the Client choose not to host the event for whatever reason, standard cancellation terms would apply.

Other rules

Children under 18 years of age will not be allowed entry after 6pm if the client has only opted for a semi private space.

    We really had a great time in Farzi London! Sunny, our waiter was amazing and looked very good after us. Food was full of flavours and delicious. Atmosphere was great and the restaurant is very well decorated. We also enjoyed the music (jazz) We came as part of First table offer and really recommend it

    Booked through first table for 3 persons. Happy to say that the experience was really good and yes we got 50% discount on food as promised. Ordered a lot of vegetarian starters. For main course we added side dishes which were enough for us given the portion. The staff was really friendly.

    Just off Piccadilly station we accidentally stumbled upon this place and it was a nice place to try Indian cuisine with a twist - who would have imagined to have Arancini with lentils - but it tasted great and so did the pyaz kachori - only let down was the truffle naan but rest all the dishes we had were good. Considering the portion size the prices seemed a bit high but it’s central London ! Nice place to give a try.

    Really nice evening. Great service from manager Sunny. Our favourite item was the chicken dumplings. Rogan josht was slightly in the spicy side so in the future would ask for it to be toned down. Overall had a great time with great food and service.
