Ardbrecknish House is situated in the heart of Argyll & the Isles, “Nature’s Paradise”, a land carved from rock, cloaked with trees and haunted by legend. Our historic manor house dating back to the early 16th century offers ten large self-catering properties ranging from the “Study” through to the “West Wing”. The beautiful grounds provide scope for a variety of event types, we also have a fully licensed bar and restuarant on site. The venu can be hired for exclusive use or individual spaces can be hired for different types of events. The types of events we typically host are weddings, larger family gatherings, family parties. We can offer in house catering or welcome external caterers to use our facilities.
We find that larger groups particularly like the ability to interact as a group in the larger apartments and in our public areas whilst at the same time having their own space in which to relax.

January 2023Charming old building, self catering rooms, they have absolutely everything you need. Cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots, crockery, cutlery, fridge etc. Plenty hot water, bath & shower, heating, tv. Owners Sarah & John fantastic, bar staff great, very reasonably priced, good atmosphere in bar, all friendly. Most definitely be going back.

September 2022Lovely food and welcoming host and chef. We stumbled upon this place by chance and popped into see what was on offer. Met some lovely locals and was surprised by the quality of their food, which was very tasty indeed, and great value. Dine in, but understand that take away is also on offer. Would recommend if in the area.
