Trafalgar Tavern, Nelson Room
Trafalgar Tavern, Park Row, London, SE10 9NW -
£15000 min spend
Our riverside venue is a top pick for weddings, celebrations, meetings, events, and conferences. Our rooms feature charming period details such as beautiful wooden floors, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and tall windows that provide stunning views of the Thames.
The exclusive hire of the first floor is the largest of our event spaces, which includes The Nelson room and the adjacent Hawke & Howe bar. The space can accommodate seated events for up to 180 and standing events for 350 guests.
Alternatively, for smaller events, The Hawke & Howe can accommodate up to 60 seated or 100 guests standing, whilst The Hardy Suite on the 2nd floor can accommodate 60 seated or 80 guests for a standing event.
We also have a dedicated private dining and bar within The Pickle Room, accommodating 20 seated on one table and 32 on adjacent tables.
…and for those wanting something completely different, our newest addition to the family; The Cribbs Parlour is hidden away below deck. A speakeasy-style members' bar, the venue features low-slung seating and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Trafalgar upstairs.
The character and charm of this magnificent building remains unchanged, with its balconies and bay windows overlooking the river. The Nelson Room and the Admiral’s Gallery Bar once again exude that stunning late regency splendour with which so many generations of Londoners have become so familiar.
The Nelson Room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner, 350 for standing reception and is licensed as a venue for civil weddings. The entire first floor of the Trafalgar Tavern can be hired exclusively for your wedding. The venue is available for the entire day, so there is plenty of time for your florist to set up, and for you to photograph the room should you wish.

We went for Sunday Roast in the Restaurant. The food was really tasty and quick. We had starters and the roast beef - the aubergine starter was surprisingly tasty. The roast was tasty and balanced. Service was quick and polite despite the restaurant being absolutely packed. The atmosphere is also great and everything really makes for a nice meal.
Be sure to book because this place is always busy and full, but you won't regret it. There is a a restaurant, pub, bars, rooms for private hire and even a hotel in the building. Also it's a museum, full with artefacts and paintings, telling the story of Britain's naval history. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and you have a fantastic view to the Thames and Canary Wharf. Highly recommended!
Very pleasant environment, such a great building and an interesting decoration! Food is very decent, great portions especially the fish & chips. Tortellini were also well cooked and not overcooked as in some places. Staff super welcoming, much recommended! Edit: went back several times so adding more photos, food as delicious as always!

We had drinks only so I can't comment on the food but the atmosphere is perfect. It is very well decorated making it almost an attraction for the area. It also has very nice view on the river and u can sit and have a drink or food but even inside it was very nice and well decorated .
Very stylish and atmospheric marine style pub. We went there for Sunday roast. Sunday roast was pretty good. Beer selection is also big. Interior is super stylist, a lot of different details. Even if you sit outside, go ans check inside. Terrace looks cool too with all of the flags. Everything was nice, but I would say slightly overpriced for quality, that's why 4, not 5.
