It was definitely a fantastic spot for a laid-back afternoon outing. The building itself is stunning, and the interior is super stylish, especially with those cool indoor trees adding to the vibe. From my experience, weekdays in the afternoon are pretty chill here. The staff are really helpful, and the food? Oh, it's top-notch.

The desserts are delicious and the cocktails are very well presented and taste good! The options for mains are very less. The interior is picture perfect!

During our short break in Liverpool, we were guided by reviews for an evening meal and drinks at this restaurant. On the plus side, the building is fantastic and its interior is stylish, especially with its indoor trees. When we arrived on a Thursday night, the place was quiet but did have enough diners to give it some atmosphere. Unfortunately for us, that's where the positives ended. The two serving staff, one of whom was unsuccessfully trying to man the meet and greet pedestal whilst serving diners, seemed to struggle with their service levels to all customers: a case in point being when it came to pay and our waiter disappeared for a good 10 minutes having promised he'd be 'back with the card machine'. We never saw him again! Secondly the food. At best, mediocre pub grub standard that fell well below the expectations set by the visual appeal of the place and the prices charged. So once we'd sat down to eat we were told that various items we had our eye on were off the menu due to 'delivery issues'. Not a good start! My companion and I shared the hummus and flat bread dip as a starter. That was fine but then things went downhill. My burger, was tasty enough, but small and in a bog-standard bun like you'd get at Wetherspoons. Very disappointing. My partner's Chicken skewers with a Satay Sauce was basically like Coronation Chicken. The chicken was overcooked and the sauce was very thin and watery, a completely forgettable dish. We planned to stay longer and have a dessert, but thought best not invest any more of our time, so we got an Uber and went elsewhere. Shame really.
