Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION No amount of the Fee or Additional Costs that have been paid by the Customer in accordance with the Special Conditions shall be refunded to the Customer in circumstances where the Customer cancels the Event at any time. If the Customer fails to make any payment of the Fee or Additional Costs in the amount and/or at the time as required in accordance with the Special Conditions, the subsequent cancellation of the Event by the Customer shall not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay such overdue amount but any amount of the Fee or Additional Costs that, in accordance with the Special Conditions, only becomes due and payable after the Customer has cancelled the Event shall not become due and payable by the Customer. Where the Customer cancels the Event, the total proportion of the Fee that shall become due and payable by the Customer in respect of the

June 2024Great building with really helpful staff, but beware of the connecting rooms and that doors may need a card to access. The decor, ambience and staff are all great but if you are not escorted or have a card, then you get stuck in hallways and landings. Also there was not a sign that I saw outside in the square so was unsure if I was in the right place when I arrived
