39 St Vincent Place provides two professional meeting rooms perfect for hosting your events and offers a professional meeting space for clients and internal staff alike. The Boardroom caters for up to 14 people while the Mini Boardroom is ideal for groups of up to 8 people.
Attendees will be greeted and directed by our reception staff on arrival. Both rooms benefit from superfast broadband and HD TV and refreshments are available on request.
Using a 39 St Vincent Place meeting room means you can focus on hosting your meeting and trust that all set up, clear up and management is taken care of.
All our rooms are impressively finished and conveniently located, and attendees will be greeted and directed by our reception staff team upon arrival. They are available to book with both long and short notice at hourly, half day and daily rates.
The Mini-boardroom at 39 St Vincent Place is a fully equipped meeting room located in the centre of Glasgow. Ideal for hosting meetings of up to 8 people, as the smaller of our two meetings rooms, this is perfect for more intimate meetings, interviews, small training sessions or to use as a conference facility. Recently renovated and finished to a high spec this room is sure to impress any meeting attendees.

Flexible Working Offices- Terms and Conditions Cancellation, charges and no-show There is no charge for cancellation, or changes made to the booking, up to seven days before the meeting date. In the event of cancellation or no-show within seven days of the booking, the full value of the booking will be charged. Catering Food and drinks may be added, modified or cancelled without charge up to two days before the meeting date. In the case of cancellation or no-show within two days of the booking, the full order value will be charged. Access: You are able to access the meeting room 15 mins before and after the meeting. Food and drinks from outside purveyors cannot be consumed within the premises at 39 SVP. Flexible Working offices reserve the right to charge a cover charge of an amount equal to an equivalent product available at 39 SVP if this term is violated. Payment: You will receive an invoice by email from [email protected] or SAGE. (These are usually sent out at the end of the month/beginning of next) after the meeting has taken place. Filming on the premises is only allowed if agreed upon by Flexible Working Offices. In the case of filming without permission a location fee may be charged. Damage to the meeting rooms or premises at 39 SVP caused by you or your party and or items missing upon departure, will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the booking. Flexible Working Offices does not accept liability or pay compensation for failure to provide contracted services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of God, (natural) disaster, fire, (acts of) war and terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disorder, governmental regulations, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional and catastrophic event, circumstance or emergency making it impossible, illegal or preventing guests from making use of 39 SVP meeting rooms.
