WELCOME TO HUSH....
After 24 years tucked away in a hidden courtyard in the historic heart of Mayfair, Hush's iconic townhouse brasserie and bar is fleeing the nest and popping up in a new location in Holborn.
In the heart of London's legal district and a stone's throw from Covent Garden, Hush Holborn is an elegant modern brasserie featuring a large, light-filled dining room, relaxed bar area and 'The Butterfly Room' private dining and events space.
Over in High Holborn, our smart central brasserie is in the heart of the action, a stone's throw from London's legal hub, and some of the capital's best West End theatres. A separate private dining room is the ideal spot for entertaining, whether it's a corporate celebration or landmark birthday party!

Located just 3 mins near Holborn, opposite of Rosewood, good location. Overcharged price, £25 for a small chicken cutlet. A milanese chicken should be able to cover the whole plate. The truffle ravioli is extremely salty. We all know pasta need salty water but the sauce is way too salty!!!!!! And this is priced at £22 for 4 ravioli, which is extremely expensive and again, way too salty! Two good things to mention: I like the egg on the chicken which is crispy and brings an additional flavour to the chicken. The lemon is covered with a cloth, which prevent the seed dropping. Went there on a friday night 8pm, restaurant is not half seated.

Not sure if this is the branch of the Hush at Mayfair. The food here really needs improvement! First thing, ordered a Burrata and it came plain with no olive or anything whatsoever. Asked the waiter if it should contain tomato in it, one of the waiters was quite adamant that there are ‘snow’ tomato in it, but I didn’t taste any! One of the other service staffs went back to kitchen and took a frozen tomato out and grate it on the Burrata. So the kitchen forgot about this totally! We waited almost 30 minutes extra when there was no one in the restaurant for our mains. The cheese wheel pasta was total disaster! Even the staff admitted that the making of it in front of the customers is just a show. Pasta has no taste and cheese was totally separated from the pasta. The salmon was pretty dry! My beef steak was alright on this. Ultimately, food definitely needs improvement. Although the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful in the Holborn area.
