Jaego’s House is absolutely amazing place for children . We visit restaurant few time a day and would like to say a huge thank to Alex and Devonta and all the lovely people in the restaurant for such an outstanding service and being so caring and kind to Harley. Also Geoffrey in the soft play area who is always cheerful and helpful. Thank you to very helpful and always smiling girls in the reception area. Baby story play and nursery rhyme time are our favorite as Harley is only 16 months old .

Used to be nice, especially soft play - now all areas just too crowded, often mayhem in the softplay. Been coming for many months and now likely to cancel membership. Management clearly too focused on making money: too many members, entire school classes coming in for softplay, nursery premises double for kids birthdays, etc. The restaurant is actually quite nice, but they keep on eliminating any plant based option from the menu. Softplay technically requires pre-booking to manage how busy it gets, but nobody checks. Also lots of older kids recklessly running around the toddler area without proper supervision. I could go on and on… The future looks bleak for this place- it’s downhill from shortly after opening.
