July 2024Jaegos House is truly an amazing place for families to visit. Since it first opened, my family and I have been regulars, with my three-year-old son always eager to go back. The variety of activities available at Jaegos House is truly impressive and always being updated to keep things fresh and exciting One of the standout features of Jaegos is the excellent staff who work there. The friendly and welcoming team makes the experience even more enjoyable. The kids club, in particular, is a highlight for my son. The staff members in the kids club are incredibly attentive and caring, making sure that every child feels included and has a great time. I am consistently impressed by the level of service and attention to detail at Jaegos . The price you pay for membership is more than worth it when you consider the quality of the experience you receive. I have yet to come across a nursery or similar establishment that matches the level of excellence found at Jaegos . In conclusion, Jaegos is a hidden gem that truly deserves all the positive feedback it receives. Families looking for a fun and engaging experience for their children need look no further than this remarkable establishment.

April 2024Very nice place, My son loves it and has toys and things to do across all floors. The food is simple but very well executed and tasty. There is a lovely lady called Urte who is always very positive and loves to chat, my son is totally in love with her. Only downside is the mess sometimes and the cleanliness, but what can you expect when you have a few hundred kids roaming around.

June 2024Jaego's is a great idea and concept, but the execution is unfortunately really lacking. The management and staff training is really poor- almost every time I'm there, there's an issue (wrong food delivered, wifi not working, advertised class not happening, tech issues with the portal, something broken or unexpectedly closed, etc.) The most common topic of conversation with other parents is exactly this- what a mess the place is! I've also found I'm not able to use Jaego's in the way I'd expected- on the weekends it's way too busy to consider going, and they don't offer any good options for events/ parties. So, we are doing our best to find an alternative at the moment.

June 2024It’s a lovely place aesthetically, and the facilities are great. BUT it’s really poorly managed. There are always people downstairs complaining about the service, and their capacity management ability is really poor. It was great when they first opened and had fewer members, but it’s apparent that they’re not equipped to handle all the people they’ve sold memberships to. We’ve just put in our notice to cancel but would consider rejoining if / when they figure out how to run this place properly.
