Kents Hill Park purpose built residential training conference facilities, were built with the end user in mind. The focus in completely on you, the corporate client and what is important to deliver a successful event with maximum return on investment.

May 2024Stayed one night, rooms are perfectly adequate and clean, sheets nice and clean and a comfy bed. The conference room was large and spacious and the dining facilities and food were spot-on. I am very pleased with my stay, the staff are so hard working and polite, from reception to house-keeping to the dining room staff, all were commendable. Highly recommended for a venue and very good value with ample car parking and all set around lovely gardens and quadrangle. Warm wishes to all staff who worked so hard for our training group, Lyndon S.

May 2024Room was simple but had all you need and the bed was comfortable. Food was average at best. It is a great centre for work conferences as accommodation is in the same building as the conference rooms which is convenient. There are nice outdoor areas to relax. Overall good for a work stay and event.

May 2024Had a nice stay, but initially had issue with room. My room was not cleaned, bed not made and room left opened. Used the room’s phone to call and was told someone will come and clean. I went out for over 4 hours and the room was still in the same state. Called again and requested for another room and was told no room was available. I then went to the reception and the lady I met there apologised and gave me another room. Apart from the room issue, my stay there was pleasant. Food was really good with varieties to choose from.

June 2024Had a good stay at the hotel. Food was very basic but edible. Room was clean and tidy. But had some flies as it was warm weather. Ganesh was very kind and helpful.
