‘On Kew’ is private residence, based 5 minutes from Kew
Gardens train station in London, within the M25, 30 mins from
Heathrow, 10 minutes from the M4 and with private parking for 6 – 8
cars, hidden away and fully contained.
The high-spec, open plan nature of the main living space, lends itself
perfectly to Company Away Days or small events. Large sliding
windows, span most of the garden-facing side of the house, so that
light spills in no matter what the weather and allows nature to be its
backdrop.
A 64-inch screen can be used for presentations, and there is a cinema
screen in the Studio, where films and other content can be viewed.
The Studio doubles as an entertainment space with a cinema screen,
table tennis and pool table.
A five-man sauna sits within the orchard trees, overlooking the large
lawn, which leads to the Astro-turf court, on which you can play
basketball, football, touch tennis or any other sport of choice.
Access to the Shooting Studio and the main house is on one level,
offering easy access.
The Studio Space is versatile. It is an open 500 sq foot
area, in which you could have an exhibition, a launch or PR event,
lectures or R&D groups. There is a cinema screen on which content can
be watched. The space is 95% black out. This can be hired along with
the house Main Space, which is perfect for board meetings and is also
listed on this site.

Other rules
• No smoking inside. • Please enter and leave the location quietly, and have respect for the neighbours. • If parking on the street, please park considerately and do not block neighbouring driveways. • No gatherings of people outside the property, no talking on mobiles and no smoking outside the location. • Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated area within the location, please check with the owner. Other than that, no food or drink to be consumed anywhere else in the location. • Please remove dirty shoes before entering. Clean trainers may be worn inside. No high heels unless worn by cast during shooting. • At the end of the event, please remove ALL rubbish. If rubbish is to be collected the next day please agree where it can be safely left. Time spent dealing with leftover rubbish will be charged as overtime. • Please check over the location before leaving with the owner or their representative to note any damage or forgotten items. • The wooden floors to be protected from heavy equipment and please ask the owner in advance for permission to move any furniture, art, furnishings or personal items. • The owner (or their representative) reserves the right to close down the shoot for any breach of these rules and/or call the police for threatening or abusive behaviour.
