Wolfpack Queens Park, Full Venue Hire

Recently moved to the area and heard all good things about this pub...until we went for the Euros final. There was a group of 10-15 people spead across a couple outside tables in prime viewing spot. My friend and i arrived 2 hours before kick off so we could get a spot. I figured the group was made up of some Wolfpack staff because one of them set up the TV screen and the speakers... Whilst i was queuing I saw my friend exiting the area: a woman in the group told her she wasnt allowed to stand there because she "couldnt see sat down" if my friend stood there...her boyfriend actually squared up to my friend, a woman on her own. My friend was too intimidated to go back. Also when a few of them went to the shops, i asked if i could sit whilst they were gone - they looked reluctant to say yes, but one of them looked me up and down and said ok and then their friend in expensive celine sunglasses turned around to me and said sneered and said "theres someone sat there you know". I smiled and said "i know". Bare in mind the place was HEAVING, everyone was on top of everyone. Let a woman rest her legs??? The territorialness was crazy. The whole group had this self conscious, rude, entitled energy. The guy that set up the TV got really aggressive when an electric fan fell out the window and threw a pint up to hit the people inside, followed by his friends sticking middle fingers up and shouting at them....my days, it was clearly an accident, everyone around us could see. If you dont want anything to fall out the window, dont place it on the windowsill during the busiest football game of the year. Everyone else around us felt the same, intimidated by these people, but we knew they were affiliated by Wolfpack management so we couldnt really say anything. Football is about love and community and making sure everyone can see, especially when England's in the final. These people clearly don’t know about proper football culture. If you can't get with normal people in normal crowds, where you might not be able to see the telly 100% of the time, and you might rub shoulders with someone, and you might get beer thrown on you, then why are you there??? I beg don’t gentrify football as well. Intimidating others is dead and embarrassing behaviour, especially a man squaring up to a solo woman. Hopefully it wont be like that normally, cos it is a nice place! Obviously the pub can’t be responsible for everyone, im only writing this because they were sat with wolfpack staff. Just be a bit more welcoming to others pls, even if you do own the place. Especially if you own the place?
