June 2018Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

May 2024Lawrence, the "icon" of the hotel welcomes and greets guests with his warm and caring personality (try standing in the cold, miserable rain in an attempt to hail any taxi for guests!). The front desk team is helpful and accommodative. A small gem in the Belgravia neighborhood.

June 2024I have always been loving Jumeirah hotel chains until i landed to this hotel. At first comes safety. We suspected someone opening our room's door at 5am without prior permission or knocking. Second comes cleanliness. The room is extremely dusty and there does not seem to be thorough cleaning done prior. Lastly which was very disappointing was the fact that they fined us 250 pounds for having Oud scents in the closet. They even took the oud away and we were never alerted which is unacceptable. Although i have visited the reception multiple times, theyve only informed me after implementing the fine. For “safety” concerns.
