Super place to stay. All the staff we met were wonderful. Their training in dealing with people has to be the best you can get. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great hotel

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. On the weekends, don't plan on going to sleep early if you are on the upper floors. We were on 23rd floor and the music from the 25th floor was pretty loud until after midnight

Very call service
Tink Bell
I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the lack of professionalism. I had a terrible experience at Indigo Birmingham, from the start everything went wrong and I felt that the hotel did not provide me for the services I payed for. I would like to highlight that Amalia, the Guest Services Manager was extremely rude and does not understand how good customer service works. Amalia was very passive aggressive (and seemed to be very egotistical) when I called the hotel to explain my experience and how I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I paid for. Amalia was talking over me the whole time and I had to deliberately tell her that I was not trying to argue but to discuss and explain why I was unhappy. I felt like I was being discriminated against by Amalia and disrespected as a human being and a hotel guest. I would like Amalia to revisit how she handled this situation. And also Amalia, it is important that your hotel guests are provided with essential items such as toothpaste, this is basic hygienic necessities.
