February 2024Fab location, clean rooms and has everything needed for a cute lil apartment - perfect central location. Can be noisy with clubs on street below but not anything that bothered us! Staff very friendly and helpful! Will defo consider for my next trip to Liverpool.

January 2024Perfect location for shopping and eating. Nice clean, warm and comfortable rooms overlooking the Main Street. Very lively out there until very late but double glazed windows kept most of the noise out. The kitchen utensils are quite sparse but we managed ok. Next time we’ll bring a tea towel, cleaning cloth and spray etc. Checking in was easy as the Lady on reception was very helpful and directed us to some cheap multi story car parking at £13 for 24 hours. We’ll definitely be back again for sure!

February 2024We spent a single night at this establishment, and the location was somewhat satisfactory. Nevertheless, the rooms appear to have received no maintenance whatsoever. We discovered a hole in our wall, and our door handle was quite loose. The cupboards are misaligned, the floors are unclean, and there are noticeable marks on the walls. The mattresses were uncomfortable, sinking as soon as you sat on them. In my opinion, the amount we paid for our stay was not justified. Upon glancing out of the window, our initial anticipation of a pleasant view of the busy. Instead, we found ourselves seemingly trapped within the confines of a dilapidated prison.

January 2024The photos are SO much nicer than real life, don’t fall for them! My husband and I booked this place thinking it was going to be a pleasant stay but we ended up leaving as soon as we saw our room. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, sagging from the use and you could feel the springs as soon as you sat down on it, the room wasn’t clean and it was nothing like the photos we saw when booking. Definitely way too expensive for what it is, since we ended up at a decent hotel for less money than we paid for this. When I asked for my money back since we DIDN’T stay there, they refused to give it back. Overall, an unpleasant experience.
