April 2024Great location. Walking distance from many tourist attractions. The luggage storage made the trip a lot easier. The room is equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The complementary laundry was a much appreciated surprise. Highly recommend!

April 2024Very nice hotel located only 200 m from a tube station. Two coffee places very near, a grocery store for snacks or groceries for the small fridge in the room, as well as a really nice Italian restaurant and an English pub are also in the area. We were able to walk to the train station and the London eye / Big Ben area. We'd definitely stay here again,!

April 2024Had a good base staying here. Friendly staff ,helpful . Room seems to be showing signs of dating, and sofa bed needs to be replaced awful. Located in walking distance to London's main attractions amazing . Good value for money ,breakfast on site was okay,but you can save money buying your own supplies, as you'll be out all day site seeing. Only down side was I lost my ankle Boots ,left them in the room . I called them to ask about finding them ,and got a very short response on phone told me to email them about it , which I have and I've not heard a thing back at all ,very disappointing 😑 I feel once your out your forgotten. She didn't even say how sorry she was that I lost my boots , it was a straight up you need to email us that's it .

May 2024We booked this hotel specifically for the location but were moved to some serviced apartments a 15 min cab drive away (due to traffic). When we sought a partial refund we were told to speak to who we booked it through. We did and this agency then passed messages between us and the hotel to no avail. All we got was advice that they provided replacement accommodation. No official apology (the people at the desk on the night were polite and apologetic) or acknowledgement that the situation was unsatisfactory. The change in location completely defeated the purpose of our (very expensive) booking. As a result I am unable to comment on any of the hotel details. The service apartments we were sent to were fine, but obviously lacking in the room service we were intending to use. Also the TV was in a separate room to the bed and there was one small lounge. Extremely disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a fancy hotel stay in London.
