Nathan Outlaw’s London restaurant – at The Capital Hotel – is just as focused on seafood as his Cornwall flagship. The Michelin-starred establishment was decorated by acclaimed designer Nina Campbell and has private spaces available for meetings, dinners and product launches. A dedicated private dining menu focuses on seasonal ingredients and changes every day, largely influenced by the fish caught that morning. The kitchen is also happy to get creative with menu requests. Cookery masterclasses with Mr Outlaw can be arranged, or guests can take part in The Capital Bar’s renowned whisky and cheese tastings.
