I had an amazing stay at hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mohammed, who works at the hotel. He has been welcoming and has helped us a lot during our stay.

When me & mom arrived for our short trip it was a bit chaotic. Many people & the room was so far from the lift, & only 2 operating lifts for everyone there. Rooms could have more facilities. But, the they were always cleaned quickly & thoroughly, the room service & housekeeping were fast & the hotel location was great. Not to mention how lovely the staff were especially Mohammed. He helped us a lot & made our stay much more comfortable. A kind & bright young man. Very helpful & was also always available. Ask for him for any assistance. Recommended!

The location is perfect, my standard double room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. The entrance felt a bit like an unfinished place. Then upstairs at the reception, it was dark, with a low ceiling. A bit depressing. On top: a hotel of this size needs more than just 2 slow elevators. I used the unpretentious fire escape stairs. I like that, but I don't think many do. All in all, I greatly enjoyed my stay, but there is room for improvement.

Located in Marble Arch just behind Oxford Street, a great location for easy access to the West End. We had a twin room which was generous in size. Room was complete with complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge. Coffee making facility in the room. The breakfast was excellent and included hot English breakfast, a selection of pastries, cereals and fruits. There is a licensed bar which stayed open late. Overall a very good experience.

After an early and long train ride to London, we paid an extra 50 to check in 4.5 hours early. We waited for about 15 minutes while someone checked the room to be sure it was just right. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. When we finally got to the room there was construction inside the hotel right next door to our room. (One would think this would have been noticed when the room was “checked”. Most people likely check in early to be able to rest.) The saw was so loud we couldn’t rest so we just headed out to explore the city. Had we known this was going on we would never have paid extra money to just put our bags in our room and leave. We could have just checked them with the hotel until we finished exploring. We asked at the front desk the hours of construction and were advised 10 am to 5 pm. The next morning, construction started at just after 9. I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk and explained my dissatisfaction and was refunded the 50. Further, as we had an executive room, we had access to the lounge. The next day, our cards weren’t active to enter the lounge. I had to make my way to the lobby which took about 20 minutes because there are only 2 small lifts for the entire hotel and stairs aren’t labeled very well to get back to the lobby to fix the card. We were only on the third floor and didn’t mind taking stairs. The system was down and they weren’t able to fix the card so we had to be escorted to the lounge. Escalators lead up from street level to first floor reception but stairs lead down. The rooms are a little dated, carpet is stained, some mold in bathroom. We had a horrible view from our window. The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable for our teen as it had a paper thin mattress. Friendliness/helpfulness of front desk staff hit or miss. Snacks are terrible pricy. The tub is so high I had trouble getting in and out. Remember when I said there are only two small lifts for the entire hotel? The three of had to carry our luggage down the stairs after waiting for more than 15 minutes because every lift was full and we didn’t want to miss our train. Some pros - rooms are spacious, location is central and safe, breakfast had many choices. I won’t stay here again. There are many options in London.
