An incredible property, steeped in tradition and popular with the luxury traveller. The service is impeccable, and the facilities, food and drink is exceptional. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable, as one would expect.

Afternoon tea was delicious. We had a fantastic time for my mothers birthday, they even brought out a mini cake with happy birthday on the dish. It was nice to try different teas matching them with the sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Staff were amazing, very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed it. Thank you

We had our Afternoon Tea at the Foyer Room and it was fabulous! Fantastic service from Rosa, the musicians duo added to the ambience. Sandwiches and Sweet were very good. We splurged this one time as it's spendy here.

Just a beautiful hotel, from the moment you walk in, just pure opulence. Just a great upgrade with Amex and really enjoyed our 3 days there. I can’t give it less than 5*s even though the service was at times discombobulated and certainly not you’d expect from this kind of establishment, a few other things annoyed me service related, however all in all we loved it.

We went there for just the afternoon tea experience. Sandwiches were lovely and fresh, scones were tasty but quite small. The cakes were just ok and again small pieces. The staff were great. Highly professional. However, a bit overpriced for what it was and they add on 15% service charge too which makes it very expensive!. A once in a lifetime experience but not worth for what they charge.
