The oldest hotel on Park Lane, five-star Grosvenor House offers some of the most impressive large-scale event space in London. Sprawling across 3,900sq m, the Mayfair hotel can host over 350 events a year. In 2016 it was treated to a refurb. The Great Room is popular for award ceremonies, while the striking Court Suite allows smaller groups to dine beneath chandeliers. Self-contained events facility 86 Park Lane has 20 well-equipped function rooms over a single floor. Our favourites among the smaller spaces are the stylish Royal Hyde Park Suite, which works as a meeting or dining room, and the wood-panelled Harcourt Suite.

June 2024We stayed at the JW Grosvenor House in May 2024. We had an outstanding experience. Check in was a breeze and we used our suite night awards to upgrade rooms. The executive lounge was great and we utilized it daily for breakfast, snacks, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. Ricky at the concierge desk absolutely saved the day when I was having an issue booking tickets to a tour. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the tour I wanted, even though it was all the way in Oxford. The hotel and staff was a complete dream. Cannot recommend it enough.

April 2024I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this property. Amazing executive lounge with breakfasts, snacks and drinks all day. Huge rooms with comfortable bed and a soft robes. Rooms are quiet and showers have bath tubs. Staff was all so nice and check in and out was flawless. Don’t hesitate to choose this spot.

June 2024My family enjoyed afternoon tea at the Grosvenor House and absolutely loved it! We had Leo Zangarini take care of us and he went above and beyond! We had two small children with us and he accommodated both of them the whole time we were there! We can’t recommend afternoon tea enough here! Service and food were top notch! Thank you Leo for making it so memorable!

May 2024My room number is 142 and stated at the hotel for five nights; the hotel location, security & staff were top notch and super friendly and welcoming! I had few notes for the cleaning lady and she has attend to my notes fully and was super efficient. The gym on sight is well equipped too. Lobby is beautiful & had wonderful selection of pastry and tea to choose from. During 3 PM onward there is additional security service on site which made the hotel feel safer and much secure. It’s my first time staying here & definitely not the last time 😍 highly recommending it 🙏🏻

April 2024This was one of the best Marriott I’ve stayed. I arrived way earlier than check-in time and the receptionist, Sheila, gave us a “temporary” room to freshen up and rest ahead of our check-in time. I was shocked! We also gained access to the lounge which offers a great selection of high quality food throughout the day, as well as alcohol from 5 to 8pm. I upgraded using my suite nights and we were assigned the executive suite. What a beautiful room!!!!!!!! I tried to spend as much time in the hotel as I could. Top notch staff, from the doorman to the front desk to the lounge staff. Will definitely go back to this property when in London.
