We visited with our children and found the place to be exceptionally clean with friendly staff. It is an ideal location for both young and adult visitors. We spent almost 2 to 3 hours exploring, with plenty to see and read about. Additionally, the cafeteria offers reasonably priced options. I highly recommend this place to everyone

Considering the price we were left wanting more and disappointed! Why is there so many displays and equipment broken? Aren't these checked daily and repaired? 2 toilets flooding and staff weren't bothered. Come on, we've been to so many better museums. Lots of bits are not working in the park. We arrived at 10.30 and left at 3.30 pm. My son is 6 years old and enjoyed the park and planetarium, but for the cost, this wasn't worth it. Cafe was super busy, expensive, and slow. Highly recommend bringing your own food. Planetarium was sold out and resulted in single seats only being available if your last in and kids expected to sit alone. Make sure you arrive early.

Went with the clan on a little trip here. Staff were friendly to help get tickets at the door. Seems some days they open early so special needs children can have the first hour to themselves. Heard a lot about it being interactive, there's not all that much to get hands on with. Some of the things are missing in the exhibits. If it's busy you'll be waiting for the kids to finish having a go and it can take a little while to explain what's happening. There are toilets on every floor which is handy. All in all we were done in about 2 hours, yet you could spend another 1 hour to really take it in. Didn't make use of the cafe which is in there also. As always there a gift shop to go to too. Enjoy.

The museum is really big and has many exhibitions. Children especially will love the place since it has many interactive displays. However, the pricing is incredibly expensive even for concessions. Students get in for free on wednedays (so I HIGHLY recommend this).
