Netley Hall Estate, Exclusive Hire

We had our wedding at Netley Hall last month and we are so so happy we chose this venue. From the first walk around with Harrison, to the planning meeting we had with Jess who was just amazing, we felt everything was in hand so we didn’t have to worry at all! I stayed in the bridal suite the evening before where myself and my bridesmaids enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi which was so relaxing! The wedding day itself was just perfect! We were so well looked after and our guests absolutely loved the beautiful venue, we could not recommend Netley Hall highly enough! We just want to do it all over again now! A massive thank you to Jess and the whole team who helped make our wedding the most special day!

Had really high hopes to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and booked the Atrium Room (8). Advertised as a deluxe room, we were not impressed by the oversized worn out seating and oddly placed furniture. The pillows were really cheap and thin, looked a bit overused. The Atrium area leaked leaving a hazardous slip risk at the top of the steps from the room. The edging around the oddly placed bath floor tiles was cheap, sharp and a trip hazard. Our worst issue though was a constant groaning coming from all three radiators (two in main room and one in the toilet). This meant very little sleep and left us feeling quite disappointed. The service and food in the resturant was good but I felt the Ribeye steak was massively overpriced at £32 and was over-seasoned/salty. Staff at reception politely acknowledged our concern but did not apologise. This hotel isn’t quite achieving everything it claims to be….. we don’t recommend.
