The Owners Club will offer you a modern and contemporary look which is perfect for informal events such as smaller conferences and Christmas parties. The new terrace attached to the conference room offers glorious views overlooking the newly landscaped Parade Ring. With floor to ceiling glass bi-folding doors, the venue provides plenty of daylight throughout the day and a welcoming atmosphere during evening events, always connected with our rich green background and newly refurbished site. There is also a card-only bar available to open in the space for a £500 minimum spend. Plus, the car park and taxi rank for your guests is situated right outside the front of the venue.

Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management of the Venue in writing. In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to the Event, the Venue reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges, based on the total contracted value according to the number of days prior to the scheduled Event date that you cancel the Event.     We booked a table in the Berkshire Lounge excellent service and food .All staff from bar staff to security very pleased and helpful,will be going back.Train station is right next to the course which is great

    Held a company event here and it was well worth it. Location is obviously impressive but also the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely run another event there.
