We booked in for the Boxing Day buffet. There was ample car parking. The room was beautifully decorated as was our table. The buffet was amazing. The choice was excellent on all the buffet tables and the main courses were delicious. It was such a treat!! The staff were so polite and attentive. A big thank you to all the staff!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. The service is excellent and the staff were all very friendly and professional especially Oksana , Shweta and the restaurant manager at Breakfast times. The hotel décor is grand yet welcoming and the hotel is very clean. Our room was King Executive 3111 and it was very spacious. We ate breakfast and 3 course dinner - all meals were A*. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying again.

Attended a Christmas work party and the staff were magnificent and very welcoming. Their service was great too. In terms of the food, I would give it a 1 out of 10 due to food being cold and salty. The rooms are ok size but quite tight and compact compared to other work parties I have attended for the same number of people. The hotel itself is beautiful and plenty of parking at the back although it can get packed in the front parking during busy nights.

Left behind a shirt in the wardrobe by accident and they claim to not have it. I was able to identify the exact size, colour, pattern and place that I’d left it but they’ve come back twice to say it’s not there. Experience otherwise was mostly lovely albeit very cold, even the internal corridors were freezing let alone the more public use toilets but this has left a sour aftertaste.
