Tannery Studios, Studio 2

Studio 2 is a 2,000 sq ft former factory which is now a multi-purpose event space completely unique to Surrey.

The roof apex is 10m with 7m eaves and large rooflights making the space feel bright and airy (complete blackout is available). There is a small loading door for easy access. The main space (1,500 sq ft) can be used for filming / parties / product launches with a disabled compliant toilet and sustainable timber clad ‘feature wall’ with partially exposed brickwork one side and a rustic corrugated cladding over the gable wall the other side. There is a 650 sq ft mezzanine with a viewing gallery, private dining space, crittal’ windows and ‘library’ with a green wall upstairs accessed via a steel staircase. Downstairs has a small tiled kitchenette with removable island suitable for food prep for your event.
