Very good location and service. Pool is a good size and sauna good too. Steam room wasn't working. Parking attendants were very helpful. The restaurant was fully booked but we had some food at the bar. My wife felt she was ignored while ordering until another customer pointed out that she'd been waiting the longest in the queue. One of the men at the registration desk was short with us but for the most part it was good and would stay there again.

Much better treatment here than their sister hotel after air canada sent an entire flight there due to cancellation. Staff were particularly attentive to the most vulnerable and made sure everyone had something to eat before bed. Most of us had been waiting over 7 hours at the airport

Great location for Heathrow T3, but… The shower was broken in our room. That’s a basic expectation and we didn’t discover until too late - not good just before an early morning long flight. Room 4608, didn’t have time to point out to management to get a different room or a discount. The car park is big, but seemingly not managed properly. People parking everywhere outside of spaces making it really hard to manoeuvre around it in dark and bad weather. Self check-in has accessibility issues. We arrived at night during heavy rain, and with wet glasses I could barely see what I was doing. The lighting is so bad in the little booths, I don’t know how anyone with even a slight vision issue would be able to use them - really poor for 2024.

I attended a 2 day business conference earlier this week, front of house service was excellent as was the food, however, on the day I left, noticed I was coming out in spots on my arms legs and back. I attended my doctors and was told the spots were due to a serious bed bugs infection. I reported this to The Radisson Hotel by email that day & attached several photographs of the outbreak. I received a reply that night, confirming that they were arranging to have the room fumigated and I would hear from their management, presumably to investigate if this was an isolated case or part of a larger infectious outbreak. However, no apology and no further contact from the hotel management. Not what you would expect from a top brand like Radisson. I have stayed in many Radisson hotels for business and whilst I know these things can happen, I find it hard to believe that their management chooses to ignore matters of this seriousness.

I would have expected better of this Hotel. My spouse stayed here for two nights while travelling. The room on her first night was fine but the room on her second on her way back was disgusting, stains all over the walls and floor, floors we so dirty and gross I wouldn't even have taken my shoes off. Bathroom was also dirty and mouldy. On top of that it was impossible to talk to guest services on the phone, I tried all week. Thier phone system is terrible and couldn't get through to anyone, eventually try pressing 1 for reservations and after waiting a while decided to select to have a call back... Guess what... No call back! I tried emailing them as well, no response. This was all just so I could check with them to see if my spouse who has a life threatening peanut allergy could eat at the restaurant or eat the breakfast. What a terrible hotel and if I were citizens of England I would be embarrassed to see one of most used hotels in the area for world travelers offering this kind of service.
