    We have actually stayed at the Hilton London Euston twice. We really like the convenience of being close to Euston Train Station and also within walking distance to St Pancras International. You can see all the sites of London and then catch the Eurostar.It's very convenient. The rooms are a little dated, however, they are clean. The last stay we had to wait and wait to get checked it. We early, however, it was frustrating to watch at least 20 people check in as we waited. As a Diamond member this is not the usual treatment. Overall, a pleasant stay. Breakfast is nice and staff were great.

    This place is a disgrace to other hilton properties. The rooms are completely run down and everything past the lobby are is worn and looks like no one cares. For the price we paid plus being longtime members, we requested a better room, we got a room where you had a wall outside your window, and this was supposed to be an upgraded room! The aircon couldn't be left on while sleeping because of the god almighty sound it made. The only plus points to this hotel are the staff who were amazing, and it's location. Honestly, for the price you pay to stay here I would recommend looking elsewhere! And that's coming from someone who has stayed at Hilton hotels many times and in many countries over the last 20 years!

    For the amount I paid (approx 500 pounds for 2 nights) cleanliness is the minimum. I don’t expect luxury however using a shower that is covered in mold or fungus is not really acceptable. Not to mention the yellow stains. Room smelled off as well.

    The current 3,7 star rating of this hotel here is still too high! The hotel is far below what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The hotel is run down and needs a complete refurbishment soon. I had two rooms while staying in this hotel; 2 nights for business, 3 nights for leisure. The shower in the first room was a disaster. The majority of water was running down the wall but now through the shower head. The door was not closing and always staying open. This caused water running outside the shower and you hit yourself at the door. The second room had the same issue with the door of the shower. The hotel was not able to fix this issue somehow. The reaction to my feedback from the hotel staff regarding the shower was very poor. As a Hilton Gold Member I am very disappointed about this terrible hotel experience.

    Rooms are slightly dated. Front desk service and concierge are helpful. Location is convenient near major train stations. The poor review is based on poor management and room cleanliness. Everything was as expected of a mid tier Hilton until finding poop in a towel… after the first room service. One of two newly replaced towels have poo on them. Manager on duty only offered 20% refund— that has yet been processed two day later. They did not do anything else or offer any assistance for the remainder of the stay (2 more nights) — not even a floor/room change to help better the rest of the stay. It felt a bit shortcoming considering this is the Hilton group hotel. I approached the Manager on Duty upon checkout to see if there’s anything else they could do. Since they said it was “settled” with another manager, which we felt was lacking, there wasn’t anything else they could do even if they wanted to. Seems like management lacks consistency and is unable to provide exemplary customer service for their customers.
