November 2018very nice hotel. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are decent in size and an adequately large bathroom. Beds are comfortable and rooms are fully air-conditioned. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is situated close to the underground and bus routes. Also very close to a number of restaurants and shops. Also ideally situated in London to go to other tourist attractions.

April 2018Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Just across the street from the Gloucester station, so easy to get around London. I would recommend joining the hotel's loyalty club; the extra benefits (breakfast and evening drinks) definitely make it worth it. The rooms are well appointed. The bed is very comfortable.
