Just returned from a lovely stay at Waterfront. Room 405 was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Partial water view and on a clear day you could see Blackpool tower in the distance. I was very happy with the price paid especially as it included breakfast. Location is great, on the promenade area with Kings Gardens very nearby and just a few minutes from Lord Street. The hotel has underground parking which is free if you book direct. Staff very friendly. We had dinner there and it was delicious. Huge portion of fish and chips and for me a veggie tagliatelle in white wine and cream sauce. Really excellent. So pleased we decided to dine in the hotel as it had plenty of choice to suit our very different tastes. Highly recommend.

We had our wedding here mid April '24 and everything was absolutely exceptional. Every little thing taken care and great support on the to the day. In general, the standard of the actual hotel was great. Rooms great size, clean and tidy. Staff really helpful and the breakfast (only meal we had outside the wedding) was a buffet, which was really tasty and topped up regularly keeping it hot and fresh

Great location not far from beach and not far from shops train station or eating and drinking places. Some parts are a bit run down but that's everywhere now. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were good . Especially the rooms with a wet room (superior ). Definitely will go again

The location was definitely the best part of it all. We were met at the desk by someone with the most monotone voice I’ve heard in my life, I didn’t take it personal as she seemed to be like that with everyone but Christ, she seemed really unhappy However the other lady in the evening was really helpful and sweet The room was okay, the air con sounded like a car alarm going off, the room was basic Wouldn’t stay again but for the location I’m sure it’s ideal for some people 🙂

Not up to description. Tired rooms, stuck in 60's. Best part was the entrance and bar area. Parking a disaster there! Better standard in the local Travel Lodge and a lot less ££. Would not go there again!
