Located in the heart of vibrant East London, Andaz London Liverpool Street hotel lends itself as the perfect location for business and leisure guests alike.

Opened as the Great Eastern Hotel in 1884 and one of London’s original railway hotels, the Andaz is housed in a beautiful redbrick Victorian building designed by the architects of London’s famed Houses of Parliament.

This is a one-of-a-kind spot in London, with striking decor and a great concept. Andaz Studio is a private dining room with a state of the art show kitchen where chefs from the Hyatt's five restaurants visit to interact with guests as they cook. The venue comes complete with private cloakroom, toilets, hostess, and cocktail bar. An excellent place to bring clients you want to impress, hold that important board meeting, or discuss a business plan.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. There was a variety of food from different restaurants. We had room service which was well served. In general we were happy with our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Great service. Our room was not ready at the time of check in and they were really apologetic and brought us over a drink and coffee. The location was amazing given the close proximity to the station and several bus stops. There is great food nearby. The room was beautifully decorated. The gym, though a beat hard to navigate to initially was well stocked.

Honestly loved this hotel. Excellent location within about less than a minute from Liverpool Station, next to a lot of bars and restaurants. Social hour every day (beer, wine, a few mixed cocktails, some appetizers). Excellent front desk staff, very accommodating. Room layout was good although the bathroom setup was a little weird. Not great views from our hotel room (not much to look at in that part of London anyway). Good selection of in-hotel restaurants although the operating hours were sometimes weird. Globalist: buffet breakfast at in-hotel restaurant, our room was upgraded, Globalist status was recognized at check-in (although they missed our anniversary). Highly recommend.

The hotel impressed from the moment you walked into their very vibrant lobby. Reception was busy, but they offered us a welcome beverage while we waited. Shout out to the entire team there as they were very helpful and provided great service. Overall hotel was a bit tired in certain areas, but regardless was clean, had a great location and provided a high price/value for my redemption.

Modern, centrally located hotel. Staff was lovely at check in and offered a welcome glass of Prosecco. We were able to do some sight seeing with the tube station right next door being a nice convenience. Well appointed room, while small as you may expect in London (we had a standard king). Breakfast service was a bit slow but food was tasty. Would stay again.
