Cancellation policy
Burontfields Hall reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee payable within 1 month of the cancellation. The cancellation fee shall be: 25% of the outstanding fees if the event is cancelled within 3 months of the booked event. 50% of the outstanding fees if the event is cancelled within 2 months of the booked event. 90% of the outstanding fees if the event is cancelled within 1 month of the booked event.

April 2024Burtonfields Hall is an amazing venue to choose for your wedding. The house itself has so much character, and Will really goes above and beyond to make you feel as though it’s your house for the duration of the wedding. From before we booked our wedding, Will was always on hand to answer any queries or concerns we had, and this was consistent right up until the end of our wedding weekend. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we knew exactly what was going to / needed to happen for all the finer details of the wedding. Will was also a very calming presence, especially on the morning of the wedding. Ensuring everything ran to time, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be, nothing felt like it would be missed. The rest of the staff at Burtonfields Hall on the day of the wedding were tremendous, and we can’t speak highly enough of them. They were attentive and always happy to help, with the bar staff always being on hand to help bring the party. The way the staff all interacted with other suppliers, such as the caterers demonstrated their professionalism, and helped ensure the day ran smoothly. The rooms at Burtonfields Hall are absolutely gorgeous. The thought that has gone into decorating them all, each with their own unique style and decoration is so special. All our guests have commented on the rooms, both in terms of comfort and space, but also how relaxed they felt in the rooms because of this and the decoration. All in all, we honestly couldn’t recommend Burtonfields Hall enough for a wedding.

July 2024We had the most amazing wedding at Burtonfields Hall. From our first visit we immediately both knew it was the wedding venue for us. Burtonfields hall is a beautiful venue inside and out with wonderful gardens and it didn’t have any of that commercial hotel feel that put us off other venues, it felt like an intimate personal sort of venue, that suited well to our wedding with around 50 guests, although they can accommodate more. The owner Will was friendly and laid back and put us both at ease, was helpful through the process and answered our questions, and was happy to accommodate a couple of additional visits with our parents prior to the day. On the day itself, we were lucky to have beautiful sunny June weather, everything was well organised and went smoothly. The caterers Doms Kitchen who were recommended by Burtonfields Hall, catered a fully vegan menu for us and we had lots of compliments from guests on the high quality of the food. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and luxurious. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue and would highly recommend for your wedding.

May 2024Two weeks after our wedding at Burtonfields Hall and it’s safe to say…we’re still on cloud 9. What a venue! It is so beautiful throughout and the grounds are just immaculate. It provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding and having the room for friends and family to stay over the night before and the night of made it all the more special. Everywhere you look is just stunning. From the intricate wallpaper, beautiful bathrooms, antique furniture to the grand fireplaces…no detail has been forgotten about. We particularly loved having our wedding breakfast in the marquee. The fairy lights and outlook onto the Hall’s grounds gave it such an intimate, cosy feel. Will the co-ordinator is also fantastic! From our first viewing at Burtonfields Hall to the Sunday following our wedding day, his humour and friendliness kept us relaxed (and sane!) throughout. Every email and last minute panic was responded to promptly and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us navigate the wedding planning process. In addition to Will, all of the background staff at Burtonfields Hall were so lovely. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped to make the day run like clockwork (well oiled machine springs to mind!) You could tell they were genuinely so happy and excited for us to be there on our wedding weekend. As everyone says…we just wish we could do it all again now! Dom and Hannah
