Condition of the room does not reflect the websites claims and rating. For a family of 4 (two adults and two kids), the beds supplied were inadequate and insufficient. Promises to be moved to a larger room was not met but extra bed squeezed into the room instead. First day service was good but after that, even overflowing room bin was not emptied and ‘clean’ towels handed to us had make -up? stains in it. Also our request to get our sheet changed after two nights was rejected. For 4* hotel, the condition and the service that we received could Have been better.

my partner booked this hotel for our 2 year anniversary. he checked in first and 2 hours later i came. everything was going well until i started my period and my clothes got dirty. i went to check the bathroom they had no sanitary towels for me to use, so i was overwhelmed after already grieving a loved one and i was emotional so i asked him to bring me something, viv came and said there was a noise complaint, i was laying down on the bed and because she didn’t see my face she rang the police. the police came and separated me and my partner, i wasnt going to stay in a hotel room by myself, i was scared and very emotional and all i needed was sanitary towels but 4 hotel staff stood outside my room door and argued with me for 2 hours straight when i explained to them several times that i need sanitary towels and that im very emotional and they’ve just separated my partner from me, 2 hours later viv went for 15 minutes and brought me back tampons when ive never used them before so it did make me more overwhelmed because im not bleeding for 2 hours with nothing. the police arrested my partner for coming back to give me food. absolutely ridiculous hotel, ruined our 2 year anniversary. they don’t know how to mind their business and resolve their issues, they could see i was very emotional and not in the right state of mind, but they still chose to cause a whole scene. we didn’t even get to stay in the hotel room the whole night, my partner wasn’t there and i was outside most the night because they took me to the police station and then at 3AM i went and didn’t come back till 5AM. they talked a lot about my safety but managed to make me feel so unsafe by myself that night as a young girl.
