Cancellation policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your booking, simply provide written confirmation to our team. Refund amounts vary depending on the notice period: 25% (the deposit) is refundable 28 days or more prior to the event, 50% is refundable 14-27 days prior to the event, and unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made 1-13 days prior to the event.
Corporate Packages: We strive to make your London team building events the best they can be, offering a variety of activities and customisable packages tailored to your company’s needs. Corporate bookings can take advantage of discounted rates, with larger groups earning greater discounts. Looking to add some extra excitement to your adventure? May 2024Brilliant time was had by all. This time we did the Aerial Trek which my family enjoyed. It was even fun to watch too. Its a very peaceful spot!

July 2024Absolutely awesome day out! First off we managed to make incredible time on the M25 and actually arrived an hour early. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, they managed to get us in for the earlier slots. Outdoor skydive was great and the zip line was really quite tranquil. But the Rope swing…. Holy moly that was just exhilarating! We loved it so much more that we went on it again and it was just as good! I cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely do it again!!!

It was an absolute thrill from start to finish, and we couldn't have asked for a better adventure. Their expertise and professionalism made us feel at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy and embrace the excitement of the activities. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff members were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. June 2024Just had a birthday trip to hang loose in blue water, brilliant day. We did zip line 1st really good and video with pictures. Then we did aerial trek supervisor by Noel very helpful and professional. Offering advice and help when the Mrs thought she couldn't do it. But we did and absolutely loved it all great staff and brilliant atmosphere 10/10🫶🏾🙏🏾😎🎁

April 2024Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were really friendly and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they answered all of our queries. They were very well trained, confident, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the processes to making the day run perfect and safe. The staff were so natural with children, they gave them so much confidence in being able to complete their chosen events. We would definitely go again. So many of our friends are looking to visit Hangloose to enjoy the experience as much as we have.
