Set in stunning open countryside, the Eastfields Farm Barns venue is all about flexibility, uniqueness and exclusivity, allow teams to step out of their normal environment, and into a space where they can relax, strategize, learn and celebrate! Our ethos is to provide everything you would expect at a best in class venue, coupled with the experience of our senior management team to create genuinely standout and memorable events for guests.

As you approach down an impressive tree lined drive, the venue sits back from the road in 30 acres of beautiful open countryside.

The venue boasts:

- A huge Georgian barn which acts as a flexible function venue. Seating with tables, bar, stage, AV equipment – make the space ideal for presentations, indoor activities and celebrating!
- A raised lawn with a further 10acre meadow and woodland, and bridle paths into the rolling countryside, allows for great outdoor team building activities.
- Luxury converted barn accommodation with ensuite facilities for up to 20 guests.
- Breakfast, lunch, evening meals and a private chef available.
- For larger events - full catering for lunches, and both informal and formal evening dining events.
- Management team with both large corporate and adventure expedition background to help tailor your events.
- We are able to cater for events of up to 150 people.

He has previously summitted a number of the World’s Seven Summits including Mount Everest, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, and skied across the Greenland Icecap. He was also a senior partner in one of the world’s large accounting firms, specialising in large private and FTSE businesses. Scott will take time to meet with you ahead of your event to help plan and prepare a fantastic day that delivers on your objectives. He will be supported by the wider Eastfields Farm Barns team during your event to ensure things run safely and smoothly.

Eastfields Farm Barns is offered on an exclusive use basis for the duration of your event. Our team will bespoke the range of facilities available to meet the demands of your event. Perfect for SME Board retreats, through to 150 guest big corporate fun day and evening celebration.

- Up to 150 day guests.
- Up to 20 overnight guests (10 rooms)

- Exclusive use of the entire venue for your event. Your party will be the only guests across the entire 30 acre estate.
- Full access to the huge Georgian rustic barn with seating, tables, refreshments, fully stocked licensed bar, stage, AV facilities (incl TV screens with HDMI, highspeed WiFi, projector and screen, speaker and microphones).
- Outside raised terrace lawn with fully stocked licensed outdoor horsebox bar, open-wall stretch tent marquee, 10-acre meadow and woodland, heading out to open countryside.
- Three luxury converted barn cottages, sleeping up to 20 across 10 rooms with bathrooms, luxury bedlinen and towels.
- Large party catering available for up to 150 - buffet, bbq through to 5-course silver service.
- Accommodation catering available - breakfast hampers, fresh lunches and dinners through to interactive private chef.
- Hot drinks and refreshments on arrival and available throughout day.

- Fully managed and staffed venue, our team are here to ensure help bespoke and design your event, and ensure it goes to plan.
- Great road, rail and airport links for London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Milton Keynes.
- Onsite parking, taxi/minibus transits available.

- Experienced team with ability to arrange fun and interactive events with your teams – typically in competing teams. Typical formats;
* Large teams - interactive treasure hunt in local rural area, team sports day in the meadow, survival skills in the woodland, motivational presentations.
* Smaller teams - wine tasting, motivational talks, local gastopub visit.
* Live band (favourite covers including band-eoke), magicians, casino, photobooth....
* Photography, videography.
