BRIX is a restaurant located in an 8,500 sq ft warehouse in London Bridge. It's conveniently close to popular attractions like The Tate Modern, Bankside, and Borough Market. The space is divided into different areas including a main Dining Hall, a Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms, and a Basement Bar that operates late at night.
Our menu at BRIX features delicious British seasonal and sustainable dishes. We draw inspiration from the Steak & Smoke houses in New York's Meatpacking District and the all-day dining scene in Brooklyn. Our specialties include "Gourmet Street food," aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch options, and unique cocktails.
In addition to our dining options, we provide services such as Private Dining, Exhibitions, All Day Dining, weekly Brunch Events, Album launches, Club Nights, and live music events. The venue is adorned with a rotating collection of Street Art, which is available for purchase.

June 2024An exceptional venue, with a modest, but perfectly adequate menu of dishes which the team cooked perfectly. Every dish has been carefully created and delivers on not only taste, but good value too. The staff here should be proud of what they are doing, I would not hesitate to return for another meal, and also recommend any of the great selection of cocktails. If you’re looking for a great place to eat and drink with friends in London, this is well worth a visit! Thank you BRIX LDN for a great evening, we will be back!

June 2024Me and my friend went to a celebration dinner and it was absolutely amazing. We shared the meat board which was really good We also had the cheesecake for dessert recommended by Jeana (sorry if I am writing it wrong 😬) which was incredible!! The staff was really lovely. We had to reschedule but it was initially a birthday celebration so I completely forgot I put that in the booking notes and they came to check and offered us 2 glasses of prosecco.

May 2024Went for their Sunday lunch option. 2 meats (beef and chicken) melted in your mouth. All the usual roast veggies were present along with a delicious gravy. Massive portion too. The service was warm and welcoming. At £25 a little more expensive than some other restaurants nearby but worth it

May 2024The food is amazing, the staff was friendly! We were out for some grills and wings and they delivered! The wings were zesty, slightly hot and perfectly balanced. We also got wet wipes to clean our hands before the BBQ. The BBQ platter was amazing, well-paired and just enough to give us a taste of everything they offered. The ribs were super sweet and the meat was falling out of the bone. The shrimp was just on point. The only problem was that the steak was slightly blue and I didn't manage to finish it. Also, the restaurant is great and the people were nice, but some of the interior needs to be updated.

April 2024We visited this restaurant as part of Soft Launch promotion and we were really impressed: the food was honestly delicious, one of the best steaks I have ever tried. I really enjoyed the maple and marmite glazing, it really added an oomph to the dish. Service was really courteous and not intrusive. I liked having view of the kitchen and definitely want to go back to try their BRIX platter.
