I recently stayed at Tower Suites with my family and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Gabriel at the front desk. When it was time for us to check out with our 8 suitcases, Gabriel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made the checkout process quick and efficient. One of the highlights was how Gabriel helped me with arranging transportation to the airport. I had booked a car for 2:30 PM, and when I came back to the hotel after the checkout at that time, everything was perfectly prepared. The car was waiting for us and we were able to simply get in and head to the airport without any delay. Gabriel's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really made our stay at Tower Suites a great one. I appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend this hotel based on the top-notch service provided by Gabriel and the rest of the staff. Thank you!

Excellent location! Walking distance to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, great restaurants and bars, and etc. Hotel staff are very friendly and patient, helping every way possible. Room is spacious and recently renovated with lighting/charging stations and everything, giving you contemporary feeling. It also comes with a lounge, kitchenette, and a washing/drying machine, super practical when staying longer.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby of Tower Suites by Blue Orchid, (after a long day of travel), it was clear we were in for a treat. This was a surprise getaway for my young twin sons and me, and the hotel surpassed all our expectations. We spent two unforgettable nights in a sumptuous suite with breathtaking views of Tower Bridge — an unforgettable backdrop. The entire experience was seamless, from a smooth check-in process to a hassle-free check-out. Our suite was a vision of luxury, so much so that my sons are now campaigning to redecorate our apartment in its image! The attention to detail in the decor and the plush comforts provided made every moment in the room a delight. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast offerings were extensive and catered to all tastes, from the lush freshness of seasonal fruits to the hearty traditional English breakfast and delightful made-to-order pancakes. Every dish was prepared to perfection and left us eager to return each morning. The staff at Tower Suites deserves a special mention for their exceptional service, particularly the congenial gentleman who checked us in — his first name started with a 'U.' His warm welcome and the charming way he introduced my sons to local colloquialisms like "Cheers, Mate" were just the beginning of many thoughtful interactions that enriched our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels to anyone visiting London. It is now my go-to accommodation whenever I'm in the city, thanks to the world-class service and the memorable experiences we had. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.

Interesting hotel because I would say it is up there with the best rooms I have ever stayed in but what knocks that 1 star off is a couple things. First thing is check in is at 3pm we arrived an hour early usually most places have the room ready for a bit of a early check in but it wasn’t here which is fine it clearly states 3pm check-in. The annoying thing is that we was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes by an employee, when I went to the reception I was told by another employee it will be ready at 3. Could have been told that was going to be the case in the first place so we would have not sat waiting in the hotel for 30 minutes. Was given an “upgrade” now any other time it would feel special but funny enough as we were checking in we heard the couple next to us getting the exact same thing before us, plus when checking the price we paid it should have already been that room to begin with. Another reason for the one star being knocked off is when I wanted to extend the stay for another night the price I was given by reception was too high so I said can you do better she told me to call another number and that number knocked off £60 from what reception originally said so I am confused why wasn’t I given that price in the first place. One more thing the beds are really comfortable but why was it two single beds put together we felt the slit down the middle which was really annoying. All in all there is a reason we wanted to stay another night the room we was in was very spacious and clean you could literally live there. Washing/drying machine dishwasher oven with hob on top crockery, pots and pans. A coffee machine with pods provided and a nice decent fridge. Two TV’s one where you can sit on a couch and one whilst you’re in bed. Train station is right there so accessibility is also a very major factor into why this is a really good hotel. Apart from those little things the hotel was definitely an amazing experience. I also want to say thank you for the chocolates and note for my birthday as it does mean a lot.

The location and size of the room were all exceptional, especially for the value we paid for. However, the treatment we received from the hotel staff was not on par. As we checked in, we were told there was a maintenance issue with our assigned room and had to reluctantly spend the night at their sister property 3 minutes away. We were told it was an “upgrade” as it’s an apartment style room and we could decide whether or not we'd like to stay or move back to our original room the next morning. The front desk promised us their staff would be in touch with us at 10am the next morning. As we entered their residence property, we were greeted by a wave of leftover cigarette smoke lingering in the air, along with a cigarette bud on one of the towel racks. We also had trouble getting the showers to work properly. The next morning, we received zero calls from the front desk and called the concierge ourselves. During this conversation, they slipped up mentioning the hotel was full the previous night, meaning there was never a maintenance issue to begin with. Upon reflecting with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful and never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead, offered to gift us with a bottle of red wine as an "apology" and told us they would reflect this to their housekeeping team. As we tried to check into our room, we were told the previous guests had yet to check out. Further confirming our suspicions that there were no maintenance issues, but simply a case where they gave our room to another guest. Subsequently, we asked them to arrange a bellboy to pick up our bags to transport back to the hotel; we called the front desk twice with no action. Effectively wasting around 40 minutes of our precious time trying to communicate with the front desk. We were finally able to check into our new room 3 hours later, but no bags were in sight. In addition, we clearly told the front desk that one of us had a zoom meeting in the room and hung a do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel staff ignored our instructions, sent the wine up to the room and rang the doorbell as the meeting was happening. Later, we found out that the hotel was fully booked the night before. Thus, this explained why we got booted to the other facility. This experience tainted our overall stay at the hotel as we enjoyed the location, size and amenities in the room. However, this is inexcusable for a 5-star hotel.
