February 2024Location is great by Tower Hill station, shops and cafes steps away. Service is amazing they are extremely polite and friendly. The rooms are clean well maintained. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but it’s worth the price after all. I forgot an envelope with £300 when I checked out, I went to them the next day, and it was as it is! With the same amount in it!! I am really grateful for their honesty. I wish I could remember the name of the receptionist who help me so I can thank him.

March 2024Had a one night stay here recently and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite by Utkarsh. The suite was huge and super clean! The only slight niggle was the bathroom sink needed the plug looking at as it didn’t drain on its own without manual intervention. Great location (opposite the Tower of London - and my work place), friendly staff, great value for money.

January 2024So happy with my choice to stay at this hotel! The location was directly across the street from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of service you get. The area felt safe and we had no problem getting around at night. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

February 2024This hotel is very impressive. The location is perfect right next to the tube station (Tower Hill), and loads of shops or restaurants close by. The hotel has its own in-house restaurant, which I enjoyed very well.. the rooms were clean with the view of the tower bridge, the shard, the Tower of London, and the royal palace and soundproof as we did not hear any other disturbing noises. The service was enjoyable and helpful. The staff asks if you are at ease customer service on point 👍.

March 2024Stayed with my family of four in a Suite Executive, plenty of room for us all. The sofa bed was a bit so so, but with the little one between us parents, the older one managed just fine. Everyone is very friendly and service minded! Really close to Tower Hill Station (Circle Line) makes transport swift and accessible. Only but good memories!
