This 450 m2 venue consists of two large spaces that can be used for two separate events or combined to host a larger event.
In the main room, the modern kitchen steals the show, but versatility is the main characteristic of this space. From the entrance, you will be welcomed into a large reception and chill-out space, decorated with our iconic sofas in vibrant colors. Moving forward, you will find the drinks area with a large bar equipped with refrigerators, sinks and dishwashers.
Equipped with a projector, screen and sound system, the main room becomes the ideal place for business presentations, meetings and much more. Its "U"-shaped configuration allows different set-ups, either as an integrated space or creating specific areas according to your needs.
Moving into the next room, you will discover a wardrobe space so that your guests can hang their belongings comfortably. The second room also features its own fully equipped bar space and dedicated sinks.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies: To reserve a specific day and not attend to other requests for this day, a deposit of 50% of the event price will be requested in advance. The remaining 50% will be paid up to 2 business days before the event. The refund rates for cancellation are as follows: • Up to 30 calendar days prior to the event/rental, 80% of the reservation amount will be refunded. • Between 29 and 15 calendar days prior to the event/rental, 50% of the amount will be refunded. reservation amount. • Cancellations with less than 14 calendar days will not give the right to any refund. • In no case will the expenses of external procedures or services be reimbursed. • Final number of attendees: If the final number of people changes for any reason, the team must be notified up to 2 days before the activity.
