Was so happy to attend the launch of this incredible new venue on Sunday. The place looks amazing, the atmosphere was great and even though it got busy just before the start of the evening show - the staff managed and worked extremely well throughout. The food was delicious and a really quick turnaround considering how many people were there. The live music was brilliant and the whole place just had a really good vibe to it - can’t wait to go again!

Fantastic venue! They've done an amazing job with the selection of food, interior design, and overall atmosphere. As they've recently opened, it was packed and very busy. The live music was great, although a bit too loud for my taste. That's more a reflection of my age though, isn't it? Haha. We enjoyed our food, though most of menu items were sold out by around 8pm. Though it was busy, we didn't wait long, probably 15 minutes max. Drinks were very expensive - £5.80 for a bottle of Kopparberg is a bit absurd! The best part was visiting Hot Water Comedy Club, which has a lovely new venue compared to their previous location. We had an amazing night, laughed very hard and will absolutely be back. Areas for improvement: - The seating in the dining area felt a bit cramped and the benches were uncomfortable and rickety. - Improved signage out front would help when finding the venue, as it's a bit hard to recognzie at first.

Attend on the launch day and it was brilliant! Atmosphere was fantastic. Staff were lovely! The food…wow!!!!! Went back the 2nd day to watch a gig and it was one of the best comedy line ups I’ve ever seen! Me and my wife were crying with laughter! Booked in for 2 more gigs and this will be a local venue I’ll use weekly for a change of scenery and to just sit and do some sketches whilst chilling out for a few hours outside of my art studio.

Absolutely brilliant time here yesterday at the launch. Arrived around 1pm and stayed until about 7pm. The venue is unreal, from the main bar, waterfall feature and the theatres! Atmosphere throughout the day was amazing, such a good vibe, with live music to suit everyone. We tried food from Pattersons and a dessert from Desserts by Dre, staff brought food quickly and it all tasted delicious. Staff, at the bar and throughout the venue, were all hardworking, polite and helpful. Look forward to visiting this venue over the next few months, and seeing all the new areas that are due to open, and a few of the comedy shows. Definitely recommend a visit!

What a brilliant new venue! Live music, amazing food, and so much to choose from! The decor is beautiful, and the bar is AMAZING! Had the best time when we went last night for Allan Finnegan's charity fundraiser. We arrived early, sat and enjoyed some live music, and had some food and drink. The only downside was that it took a long while to be served at the bar as it was so busy, but I'm sure this will improve with time as they are a brand new venue! This, however, has not put us off. We got shown into the auditorium, of course being stamped with the legendary hot water comedy club stamp!! ready for the comedy show, The auditorium was a brilliant size, much bigger than the old hotwater comedy club. Still quite snug to the person next to you but didn't feel as squashed as the old comedy club, which is great! We were shown to our seats as all the seats were unreserved so you could sit pretty much anywhere however the staff like to fill up from the front to the back so if your not keen on being spoken too your probably best asking to sit somewhere else or waiting to go in so you get a seat further back. The person seating us realised my husband was using crutches, so we were seated in seats with plenty of room, and my husband was able to store his crutches under his seat. which was fantastic!! We had three breaks during the comedy show , and afterwards, we came out and enjoyed some more live music before going home. The staff were lovely and the comedy was brilliant! Can't wait to go again!! It was a lovely way to spend my birthday evening.
