April 2024Found the hotel on a road trip and was excellent value for money. When we arrived we found some clothing under the bed but after speaking to Oliver, was offered a new room! Oliver was extremely helpful and very apologetic and helped to rectify the situation immediately! Would definitely recommend and will come back if ever passing through! Give Oliver a raise!!!

April 2024Affordable, nice rooms.. Been for a business conference twice. Good central England location, good food and the rooms are really nice too. Plenty of free parking and actually a nice quiet area.

May 2024We had my daughters wedding here and it was perfect, all the staff were so helpful and really helped make the day as no matter what we asked for, they made sure things were in place and the service was outstanding, from the cleaners helping take my bags to my car ( I have disability issues), and William the manager could not do enough with everything we through at him. This venue and the staff made the wedding weekend, perfect.
